What is your personal connection to your judging category?

I’m the author of a forthcoming book, Do Good At Work: How Simple Acts of Social Purpose Drive Success and Wellbeing, that helps anybody innovate on the job in order to make a positive societal impact every workweek. Clearly, I’m a believer in innovation as a force for good!
