As a philanthropic consultant, I empower my clients to embrace new ways of thinking, approaching and/or solving issues or challenges. I enjoyed leveraging those skills to judge applications in the Innovation category!

What made you want to volunteer to judge the OIAs?

I wanted to volunteer to judge the OIAs to help shine a light on innovative practices for other nonprofits to emulate.
