What is your personal connection to your judging category?

Outstanding Volunteer is my category. All around the world many organizations is doing good because of volunteers, and many of these organizations have a .org domain name. As the Chair of PIR the company that runs .org, this category is important to me. I find it is important to recognize and appraise the good work the volunteers do.

 

Volunteer Motivation

What made you want to volunteer to judge the OIAs?

As a leader you must walk the talk so of course I need to be a part of the volunteer work around the OIA. Another reason is that I am so impressed by the good nominations we get and I learn from viewing all the interesting websites so it is a great pleasure for me to be a part of the judge team.
